From a PR perspective, the brand lacked share of voice and suffered from non-existing media relations or press activations. MUSE PR pros worked with Sharq Insurance team to identify key messages and objectives for the initial launch phase to help them establish an active communication channel with local press and to educate them on the new brand’s offering and values.
For the official launch, MUSE developed a 360-launch campaign under the supervision of our global creative director that is considered a first of its kind, in Qatar. Observing Sharq Insurance’s ethos that seeks to provide hassle free insurance services to its customers, the campaign appealed to experiences that common people are likely to experience in their day-to-day encounters to immediately get their attention, stir curiosity and establish rapport. The campaign was successfully executed across key outdoor locations in Qatar, and was adapted for radio/TV as well as digital and PR.
