Scope of Work:

MUSE was assigned to be the PR, Social Media and Creative Agency for QFTH since April 2020. Being a new QDB incubator focusing only on FinTech, QFTH partnered with MUSE in order to set up its brand-new social media accounts, build a follower base, and raise awareness on QFTH and its objectives. MUSE was also tasked to implement a 360 approach to build brand awareness across PR, SM and Creative as well as develop strategy and plans to establish the brand, key messages, and positioning in Qatar and across the region.

Tactical Roll-Out:

MUSE developed an out-of-the-box audience-centric 360 marketing strategy for QFTH including events, PR, social, digital, marketing, creative and editorial.


On social media, QFTH has established 2-way communication with its stakeholders and target audience. It is now positioned as a thought leader, thanks to a carefully curated range of content that offers meaningful insights and appeals to the FinTech audience in Qatar and other key primary markets. Despite lack of Ad Spend on social media, MUSE was capable of growing the platforms for QFTH using organic tactics primarily. PR is used to connect QFTH with its local and regional stakeholders and partners. Launching their first ever Whitepaper on FinTech in Qatar, as well as a series of mini reports and articles on the state of the industry, MUSE was able to support QFTH maximize their share of voice in local, regional, and international markets.


MUSE also worked closely with the QFTH Team to successfully produce 3 virtual Demo Days, where MUSE designed and directed the whole production of the Demo Day video, planned and executed the promotional campaign for the event, and delivered all KPI targets for the event.

Our integrated approach to communications has enabled us to build QFTH brand from scratch to being on of the most recognized FinTech hubs in the region.
