Kia Arab World Cup

Scope of Work:

MUSE was contracted by Octagon Korea to work on the KIA FIFA Arab World Cup Official Match Ball Carriers program as well as VIP Hospitality program, inclusive of managing 6 international Influencers who attended the FIFA Arab World Cup Final on behalf of KIA.

Tactical Roll-Out:

OMBC Program:
KIA was the sponsor of the official FIFA Youth Program for the FIFA Arab World Cup in Doha, Qatar 2021. The Youth Program is managed and implemented by FIFA and the Supreme Committee to provide local youth a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of being part of the pre-match festivities.

MUSE managed the volunteer program, as well as logistics and management of the youth for the Official Match Ball Carrier program which included 10 cancer surviving children who were selected to carry the official match ball out onto the field with the officials and players prior to kick off.
Influencer’s program:
KIA, as part of their sponsorship programs, look to create inspirational moments and memorable experiences for their guests – this was also delivered through their VIP Hospitality Program for the FIFA Arab World Cup where 6 high-level regional influencers were invited to attend the FIFA Arab World Cup Finals.

WHAT WE DELIVERED:​

MUSE created and executed the detailed itinerary for 7 Influencers from different Arab nations to explore Qatar and get an exceptional program with Kia.

THE PROGRAM HAD COVERAGE IN ALL THE KIA PAGES IN THE MIDDLE EAST.

The influencer’s program had a 24 posts and Reels and 370 stories on 6 pages of different influencers with 3 million followers in total.
