MUSE’s deep connections with key players have enabled us to create brand synergies with other high-level luxury brands to deliver an event of this calibre. The event was executed professionally and in alignment with expectations of the international super star and the eager local audience.
With DHFC being the host, MUSE secured partnerships with Qatar Airways as flight sponsor for JLo and her entourage, Mondrian Doha Hotel as sponsor for Rooms and F&B and hosts of the main concert that saw the attendance of over 700 VIP guests, as well as Alfardan Jewellery as JLo’s Jewellery sponsor, and Bentley as her transportation provider. The event was announced one of the most successful and coveted concerts that Qatar has ever witnessed.
MUSE successfully brought all the partners together to execute the first anniversary celebration. We utilised our network and key relationships to secure massive media coverage locally and internationally. We managed all logistics for Jlo and her extended team off 45 plus, including flights, transport, and hotel stay. Including all private tours for Jlo and her entourage once on the ground in Doha. MUSE took care of all the events logistics, stakeholders’ negotiations, and partnership execution, as well as media and PR planning and implementation.
